Instructions
Pat the chicken wings completely dry with paper towels.
In a large bowl, toss wings with baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Spray basket with avocado oil.
Place wings in a single layer. Cook for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Prepare your chosen sauce variation in a small bowl or saucepan.
Toss crispy wings in the sauce and serve immediately.
Notes
Do not use baking soda by mistake; it will taste bitter. Always check internal temp reaches 165°F. For maximum crunch, eat immediately after saucing.
