Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs chicken wings flats and drumettes
  • 1 tbsp baking powder aluminum-free
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil spray or liquid
  • 1/4 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp onion powder

Instructions
 

  • Pat the chicken wings completely dry with paper towels.
  • In a large bowl, toss wings with baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Spray basket with avocado oil.
  • Place wings in a single layer. Cook for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Prepare your chosen sauce variation in a small bowl or saucepan.
  • Toss crispy wings in the sauce and serve immediately.

Notes

Do not use baking soda by mistake; it will taste bitter. Always check internal temp reaches 165°F. For maximum crunch, eat immediately after saucing.
