Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef 80/20 fat ratio
  • 1/2 cup almond flour super-fine
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce sugar-free
  • avocado oil cooking spray

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine beef, almond flour, parmesan, egg, and spices. Mix gently.
  • Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs using a cookie scoop.
  • Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and spray the basket.
  • Arrange meatballs in a single layer in the basket.
  • Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  • Serve with warm sugar-free marinara.
