spritz avocado oil cooking spray
Instructions
Freeze mozzarella sticks for 1 hour. Prep 3 bowls: almond flour/spices, egg wash, and parmesan mix.
Dredge sticks in flour, then egg, then parmesan.
Repeat egg and parmesan for a double coat.
Freeze coated sticks for another hour.
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Spray sticks with oil.
Air fry for 6-8 minutes until golden. Serve hot.
Notes
Wait until fully cooled to avoid a gummy texture. Toasts perfectly.
