Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb salmon fillets skinless and cubed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp sugar-free honey
  • 1 tbsp tamari gluten-free
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds for garnish
  • 1 tsp green onions chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Pat salmon cubes dry.
  • In a large bowl, whisk olive oil, sugar-free honey, tamari, garlic, and spices.
  • Toss salmon cubes in the marinade until evenly coated.
  • Place salmon in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve warm.

Notes

For the stickiest results, reserve a tablespoon of the marinade and brush it on the salmon 2 minutes before the timer ends. Serve with cauliflower rice or a fresh green salad.
