Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Pat salmon cubes dry.
In a large bowl, whisk olive oil, sugar-free honey, tamari, garlic, and spices.
Toss salmon cubes in the marinade until evenly coated.
Place salmon in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve warm.
Notes
For the stickiest results, reserve a tablespoon of the marinade and brush it on the salmon 2 minutes before the timer ends. Serve with cauliflower rice or a fresh green salad.
