Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter creamy unsweetened
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil extra virgin
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp powdered erythritol
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 tbsp heavy cream optional
  • 1 tbsp crushed peanuts for topping
  • 1/4 cup almond flour optional
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp butter optional

Instructions
 

  • Combine peanut butter and coconut oil in a bowl. Microwave until melted and smooth.
  • Whisk in the sweetener, vanilla, and salt.
  • Melt the sugar-free chocolate chips separately until glossy.
  • Spoon the peanut butter mixture into silicone molds (3/4 full).
  • Top with melted chocolate and swirl with a toothpick.
  • Freeze for 30 minutes until solid. Store in the freezer or fridge.

Notes

These melt easily at room temperature. Keep them frozen for a 'fudge-like' texture or refrigerated for a softer bite.
