Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs chicken breast cooked and cubed
  • 4 cups broccoli florets fresh or blanched
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with olive oil.
  • In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine heavy cream, cream cheese, and spices. Whisk until smooth.
  • Place cooked chicken and broccoli into the baking dish. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Pour the creamy cheese sauce over the chicken and broccoli. Toss gently to coat.
  • Top with shredded cheddar and grated parmesan cheese.
  • Bake for 20 minutes until bubbly and golden. Serve warm.

Notes

Wait 5 minutes after baking before serving to let the sauce set and thicken.
To store: Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
Reheating: Reheat in the oven at 350°F for best texture, or microwave for 2 minutes.
