Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour blanched
  • 5 tbsp psyllium husk powder blonde
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 3 large egg whites room temperature
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup water boiling
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for shaping
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds optional topping
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp melted butter for brushing

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Whisk together almond flour, psyllium powder, baking powder, salt, and spices in a large bowl.
  • Add egg whites and apple cider vinegar. Stir until crumbly.
  • Pour boiling water over the mix. Use a hand mixer for 1 minute until a thick dough forms.
  • Shape into 6 small baguette rolls with wet hands. Cut 3 shallow slits on top of each.
  • Bake for 45-50 minutes until firm. Brush with melted butter and cool completely.

Notes

Let the rolls cool completely before slicing. Cutting them while warm can lead to a gummy texture. Pairs perfectly with our Keto Hemp Seed Loaf experience.
