Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour blanched
  • 1 cup hemp hearts raw
  • 5 tbsp psyllium husk powder blonde
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 3 large eggs room temperature
  • 1 cup water boiling
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp butter melted grass-fed
  • 1/4 cup flaxseeds ground
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds for topping
  • 1 tbsp hemp hearts extra for topping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Whisk almond flour, hemp hearts, ground flax, psyllium, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  • Add eggs, apple cider vinegar, and melted butter. Stir until a thick dough forms.
  • Pour boiling water over the dough. Use a hand mixer on medium speed for 1 minute until elastic.
  • Shape the dough into a rectangular loaf with wet hands and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Garnish with pumpkin seeds and extra hemp hearts. Cut three shallow slits across the top.
  • Bake for 50-55 minutes. Let it cool completely on a wire rack before slicing to ensure the perfect crumb.
