Instructions
Whisk dry ingredients (flour, cocoa, sweetener, baking powder, salt) in a microwave-safe mug.
Add the egg, butter, vanilla, and heavy cream. Whisk until smooth.
Fold in the sugar-free chocolate chips.
Microwave on high for 60-90 seconds until the top is set.
Let rest for 1 minute before eating.
Add toppings like whipped cream if desired.
Notes
Almond flour yields a moister cake. Coconut flour yields a denser, fudgier cake. Adjust cream as noted.
