Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup egg white powder unflavored
  • 1 cup water room temperature
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt plain full-fat
  • 1 tsp cream of tartar
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp Allulose optional
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  • Whisk egg white powder, water, cream of tartar, and salt on high for 5-8 minutes until stiff peaks form.
  • Add the room-temperature Greek yogurt to the stiff foam.
  • Gently fold the yogurt into the foam using a spatula. Do not stir.
  • Transfer batter to the loaf pan and smooth the top.
  • Bake for 30 minutes. Let cool completely on a wire rack before slicing.

Notes

Cooling the bread in the cracked oven prevents it from shrinking too fast. Essential for the Zero Carb Yogurt Bread Recipe.
